3-Phased New Franchise Training over 4 weeks:
2 weeks of group, online training via webinars and self-paced
training modules.
1 week of in-person training at our HQ in Irvine, CA.
On-Site Support & Training during your first week of
operation.
Dedicated new franchisee support specialist assigned to train,
support, and guide new franchisees through on-boarding, new owner
training, and weekly support through your first 90-120 days of
operation.
Assigned Regional Directors work in conjuction with new
franchise support specialists and then begin providing on-going
support designed specifically for that franchisee's needs from the
120 day mark on.
