Franchisor will provide training services to two (2) persons designated by Franchisee, at least one (1) of whom shall be the Owner-Operator, in all aspects of the System and the operation of a Heart to Home Meals Business.
The cost of the initial training shall be included in the Initial Franchise Fee. Such training shall be conducted prior to the opening of the Franchised Business and may be given at one or more locations specified by Franchisor. Franchisee shall be responsible for all travel, living expenses and compensation payable to its designated personnel during training.
Franchisor will provide two weeks onsite support once the location has gone live. Onsite guidance will be in connection with Franchisee's operation of the Franchised Business, including advice and guidance with respect to the following:
(a) training employees of the Franchised Business;
(b) selection and purchasing of supplies for the Franchised Business;
(c) formulation and implementation of local advertising and promotional programs; and
(d) the establishment and maintenance of accounting, inventory control and general operating procedures.
