Verve Taco Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2025

Verve Taco's has its humble beginnings in Palm Desert, CA. Our founders recognized the need for delicious tacos for the malls captive audience. It soon became a go to stop for a satisfying meal, at a good value, washed down with a cold beer from the self serve beer wall.

Some Key Differentiators: NEW, EXCITING SPINNERS for the meats (like a Rotisserie; brazilian-like) - all fresh grilled/fire flame; 5 flour-based taco bowls that have 5 different tastes to consume (ie: jalapeno is one choice);

FULL - "scratch" kitchen - EVERYTHING IS MADE AT THE LOCATION! (even the salsas....) This is the key selling point vs. our Mexican taco competition.

Very limited employees necessary; simple operations...runs like a Jersey Mikes (very similar).

Our Founders (2):

Tobi Miller began his career as a founding member of the rock band The Wallflowers, with his life long friend Jakob Dylan. After a pair of hit albums and Grammy Awards, he exited the band in 1999 to earn his degree in Business Economics, and eventually his MBA from UCLA Anderson. He then moved into the commercial real estate, became a franchisee himself which catapulted into creating and franchising his own brand.

Meanwhile, Richard Gottlieb earned his degree in economics from the UC Santa Barbara while gaining fame as the driver of Big Red, a record-setting hot rod that has been featured in a variety of car enthusiast publications. While car racing is a thrilling hobby, Richard's true calling is the pursuit of entrepreneurial success.

In 2018, the first Verve Taco opened its doors in Southern California with great success.
