Training:
You will be required to attend an approximately 2-week initial
training program at the company's headquarters that covers all
aspects of operating a Stoney's Sourdough Pizza Co. You will learn
everything from Pizza Making and Sourdough 101 to Hiring &
Recruiting new employees and everything in between for a smooth and
efficient operation of your pizzeria.
An Operations Manual and Recipe Book will be lended to you for
your reference.
Custom pizza-making charts will be available to help your
employees keep proportions under control.
An 11-part training video series will be available to help you
train your employees in the most efficient manner. General
Orientation, Prep & Cleanliness, Pizza Making, Customer Service,
Order Taking, Dough Making and Working The Ovens are some of the
topics covered in these videos. This way, you know you are not
forgetting any valuable information during the training process and
that every employee is trained from the same source.
All General Managers will be required to attend and
satisfactorily complete the initial training program prior to
stepping in to the leadership position at your franchise.
