Operational Simplicity - Ninja Nation's operational focus is on the guest and the guest experience at each Ninja Nation Arena. We don't have fryers, ovens and cafes like many family entertainment centers. We don't have locker rooms or showers like a traditional gym. We want our team members to be focused on our 3 E's with our guests and not bogged down with an overly complex operation.
