Training:

New franchisees attend our three week classroom and field training program at our Richmond, Virginia Training Center. Training is provided in all aspects of the business including:

project design
technology - SoftPlan (CAD-based design software), Business Manager (proprietary pricing software), and QuickBooks
business and office administration systems
construction basics - including field training
production management

All new franchisees receive a Launch Call with the Archadeck Operations Team, a Pre-Training Checklist, and have an Onboarding Specialist to guide them from signing through training to ensure the fastest turnaround possible.

In addition, up to a week of field training is provided in the first year at franchisee's location.

Lastly, regular weekly call with leadership to provide franchisees with ongoing training for themselves and/or new employees.
