IFPG Consultant Member Mike Zicchinolfi shared his biggest
take-away from this recently closed deal: Patience is the key to
getting a deal closed.
"There were quite a few times it seemed this deal would not
happen , but with a good
financial person and patience we
were able to overcome the roadblocks.", said Mike.
The biggest challenge Mike faced was getting adequate funding.
The deal was funded through IFPG Member Diamond Financial. "Don
Johnson did a great job in obtaining financing for the client. He
kept me informed and worked very diligently until funding was
obtained."
The lead for this restoration franchise was acquired via
FranchiseHelp.com -- another IFPG Vendor Member! A commission of
$17,500 was paid.
